New Beginnings

I have decided to give blogging another chance since it has been years since I tried before! This will be a work in progress so please bear with me. I will be sharing my love of all kinds of needlework as well as other crafts, pictures and tutorials.

First I will show a few of the things that I am working on now. Wool Pennies!

I have joined  the Wool Penny Challenge Facebook group and I have gotten so much inspiration that my creative Mojo is working overtime! Here is a few of by beginning pennies. We are suppose to do one penny a day for eighty days. Let me say that it is very hard to stop at one penny. Then my mind start plotting what to do with all those pennies! Sooo-ooo

The first thing I do is Google image Wool Pennies and wow, lots of ideas! So I had been wanting to try to cover a tape measure so this is my first try. I kinda like it!

Then I had a long tape measure that wasn't retractable so I had to cover it!

By the way I love sheep, so you will be seeing a lot of them!

So I will leave it here for my first blog. If you have any cute ideas for using wool pennies drop me a few lines.
